Jack Eason is an author, pastor, missionary, filmmaker, nonprofit leader, and communicator whose career has spanned more than three decades of ministry, media, fundraising, and organizational leadership.
Jack began his ministry journey while a student at Gardner-Webb University, founding what became Crossover Ministries and traveling to churches and youth events across the country. His early ministry expanded into music, worship leadership, songwriting, radio, and television. Crossover later assumed production of The Sound of Light, a Christian radio program that grew into national syndication from 1996–2010, and the organization also produced a television program from 2000–2006. Jack’s songwriting credits include “Everyday,” recorded by Christian music group NewSong.
Today, Jack serves as Executive Director of CUPS Mission, an international Christian ministry serving vulnerable children and families in the Dominican Republic, Malawi, and Mexico. His work includes organizational leadership, church and donor partnerships, speaking, fundraising, and mobilizing people to engage personally in missions. Jack has led numerous international mission teams and regularly speaks in churches, Christian schools, conferences, and other gatherings about faith, community, mission, and the responsibility Christians have to engage the needs around them.

Jack is also President and Team Leader of The Heart Share Group, where he draws on more than 30 years of experience in management, fundraising, and ministry leadership to help Christian nonprofits, radio ministries, churches, and other organizations grow their impact. His work has included strategic planning, leadership development, organizational culture, board development, fundraising strategy, donor development, branding, events, and communications. Over the course of his career, Jack has helped raise tens of millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations and has worked extensively with Christian radio on on-air fundraising campaigns and donor-development strategies.

More recently, Jack has brought his experience in media and storytelling into filmmaking. He serves as an Executive Producer of RESCUED, a feature film inspired by the true story behind CUPS Mission, and the first feature film produced by Cold Water Productions. The project brings together his decades of ministry, media, missions, and communication experience with a larger vision: using compelling stories not simply to entertain audiences, but to inspire people and churches to engage their culture and become part of meaningful change.

At the heart of Jack’s work is a consistent theme: helping people move from inspiration to action. Whether he is leading an international mission, advising a nonprofit, speaking to pastors and students, raising resources, producing media, or telling stories through film, Jack’s passion is helping people recognize that God can use ordinary people to make an extraordinary difference.
